Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional sales performance, manage branch/market sales objectives and staff, and grow and maintain Nedbank’s client base, ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Objectives & Client Acquisition:

  • Grow market share through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling bank products.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
  • Efficiently manage sales leads and ensure operational effectiveness.

Operational Effectiveness:

  • Maintain the functionality of Self-service, Phygital, and Semi-assisted zones, including ATMs and kiosks.
  • Drive digital market activity and client acquisition to increase profitability.
  • Control expenses within financial parameters.

Client Engagement:

  • Deliver top-tier client service and satisfaction.
  • Promote digital adoption and self-service channels.
  • Address client needs effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Risk & Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with operational and legislative requirements.
  • Manage risk audits, frauds, losses, and maintain OHASA standards.
  • Fulfill Key Individual (KI) FAIS responsibilities and achieve regulatory compliance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma

Preferred Qualification

  • An approved FAIS qualification in Banking or Sales.

Minimum Experience Level

  • 1 – 2 years of sales and service banking experience.
