The National Youth Development agency (NYDA) has partnered with the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) to provide opportunities to unemployed youth in Bricklaying and Plumbing in the Northern Cape.
This apprenticeship programme is aimed at ensuring that people obtain the critical or scarce skills that are needed to build the capacity of the construction sector to become economically sustainable and globally competitive.
