OK Furniture Seeks Stock Clerk – Permanent Role in South Africa, Apply by 7 November 2025

OK Furniture is hiring a Stock Clerk to maintain optimal stock levels at their Distribution Centre. This permanent position focuses on managing stock efficiently and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

• Receive stock correctly in assigned areas
• Control stock carefully and allocate it to designated customers
• Conduct monthly stock counts and reconcile inventory
• Report any stock differences to the branch manager
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality
• Submit timesheets and other forms on time to the branch manager
• Work closely with other departments to build strong relationships
• Help ensure staff are assigned to where they are most needed
• Follow and enforce Good Warehouse Practice principles

Who Should Apply?

• Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Supervisory skills are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse environment is an advantage
