What Will You Learn?

The programme covers important areas like:

• Customer service and handling insurance claims
• Underwriting and assessing risks
• Selling insurance and keeping clients satisfied
• Compliance rules and managing financial paperwork

You’ll also train in key professional skills such as digital literacy, workplace behavior, and ethics in finance. This ensures you leave the programme ready for the world of work.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify, you must:

• Have a valid Matric certificate (up to 31 December 2024)
• Pass Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
• Be a South African citizen aged 18 to 35 years
• Not have been employed for more than 12 months
• Have a certified ID document
• Be proficient in English

What Documents Will You Need?

Make sure to include the following with your application:

• Certified copy of your Matric certificate showing Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
• Credit and criminal clearance certificates
• Full academic transcript (showing you are not currently studying)
• Certified copy of your ID
