What’s This Role All About?

As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly and meets all its goals. You’ll need to increase sales, keep the store looking amazing, and manage stock. You’ll also lead your team, making sure everyone is trained, motivated, and focused on delivering top-quality customer service.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Boosting Sales: Help grow the store’s sales by keeping customers happy, the shop clean, and promotions running smoothly.
Stock Management: Make sure products are in the right place, well-stocked, and easy for customers to find.
Preventing Stock Loss: Stick to all company policies around security, stock checks, and cash handling to avoid losses.
Cost Control: Follow PEP’s “low-cost” culture by using smart ways to save money while keeping things running well.
Admin Tasks: Keep all records and store paperwork accurate and in line with company rules.
Leading a Team: Train and coach your team of Dynamos. Keep them motivated, focused, and on top of their game.
Store Standards: Make sure the store is clean, safe, and welcoming every day.

What You Need to Apply:

To apply for this role, make sure you meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Able to speak and write in English
A degree or diploma in business or retail will be an added advantage
1–2 years of experience in a retail leadership role is ideal
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus)
