Matric or Relevant Diploma
2-3 years experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center (DC)
1-2 years experience with Warehouse Equipment
SAP EWM experience (a must-have!)

📋 Key Responsibilities

As an Administrator at Pick n Pay, you will be handling important tasks, such as:

General Administration & Customer Account Processing

  • Resolving queries and ensuring all documents are accurate
  • Processing customer transfer notes for both GLS & Chep

Stock Management & Investigation

  • Conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock counts
  • Checking and fixing incorrect equipment quantities in SAP
  • Making sure product packaging matches correctly

Reporting & Documentation

  • Updating the Inbound Handover Sheet daily with accurate data
  • Collecting and organizing all necessary documents
  • Capturing vendor return data and logging escalations when needed

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Assisting the Equipment Team with handover reports
  • Handling Backhaul and Transhipment documentation
  • Managing rejected orders and return processes
