Who Should Apply?

This opportunity is specially designed for graduates who:

What to Expect During the Programme

Depending on your area of study, you’ll be placed in one of two exciting streams:

1. Information Technology (IT) Stream

You’ll learn about:

• Retail software systems, IT support, and database management
• Digital transformation projects in Pick n Pay stores and warehouses
• Software testing, data analysis, and implementing new tech solutions
• Working alongside skilled professionals on real-time digital upgrades

2. Logistics & Supply Chain Stream

You’ll get hands-on experience in:

• Warehouse management systems, distribution planning, and procurement
• Inventory control, supplier coordination, and stock movement
• Transport logistics, route optimization, and supply chain performance tracking
• Managing product flow from suppliers to shelves

Across both streams, your Project Management skills will be put to use. You’ll be trusted to:
