  • Recording out-of-stock and overstock items
  • Pulling stock reports from SAP and sending updates to Demand Planning
  • Processing stock transfers
  • Completing markdowns and reduced-to-clear items
  • Checking electronic communication throughout the day

These tasks help keep the department running smoothly and prevent stock shortages.

Customer Service Responsibilities

You will help customers by:

  • Handling customer complaints
  • Helping customers find the right products
  • Managing special customer requests

Managing and Developing Your Team
