What You’ll Be Doing

Location: Centurion
Job Title: Admin and Secretariat Support Officer

Here are some of the things you’ll do every day:

  • Help your manager plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and important tasks.
  • Manage all incoming calls and visitors politely and professionally.
  • Handle letters, emails, and other messages on time and with care.
  • Type reports and documents neatly and quickly.
  • Make sure all office systems and files are well-organized and easy to find.
  • Help out with other office tasks as needed.

You’ll be trusted to manage your time well and work with different people across the organization. This role lets you learn about high-level operations and improve your skills at the same time.


What You Need to Apply

To get this job, you must have:

  • A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following:
    • Business Administration
    • Office Management
    • Public Administration
    • Management Assistance
    • Or any other similar qualification
  • Good computer skills (especially Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good writing and speaking skills
  • At least 2 years of admin or secretarial experience (this is a plus, but not a must)
