Rand Water is searching for someone who can keep our risk control offices and Protective Services offices spotless. If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this position, you should have:

A Grade 12 certificate.
At least 1 year of cleaning experience.
Basic reading and communication skills.
The ability to handle general cleaning tasks and other duties as needed.
A friendly and helpful attitude toward customer care.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Barrage Cleaner at Rand Water, your daily tasks will include:

Requesting and managing cleaning materials from PSS.
Keeping a record of cleaning supplies issued to Private Security.
Cleaning Protective Services offices, guardhouses, the OPS room, windows, and walls.
Ensuring the boat house and the boat itself are clean and ready for use.
Tidying up the TV room and bathroom areas.
Preparing the conference room and assisting with setup for meetings.
Restocking soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls in the bathrooms as needed.
