Your Daily Duties Will Include:

Answering and managing all incoming phone calls
Assisting different departments with admin tasks
Helping with reports when needed
Operating the switchboard and making sure calls are transferred quickly and correctly
Handling customer complaints with respect and professionalism
Taking part in price surveys
Updating Service Level Agreements
Managing bookings for the Training Centre
Helping with general office duties and staff queries
Standing in for telesales when needed
Keeping the office noticeboards up to date
Issuing and keeping track of drivers’ invoice books

What You Need to Apply

To qualify for this Receptionist position, you must have:

Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
At least 1 year of admin experience
Strong computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Clear and professional written and spoken communication
A positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Excellent admin and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
A system-focused way of working
