Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our sales function. Your duties will include:
Sales Administration: You’ll handle all administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Liaison Between Parties: You’ll act as the main point of contact between different stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.
Client Follow-ups: You’ll conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved quickly.
CRM Management: You’ll manage the CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Booking Form Management: You’ll be responsible for updating and improving the booking form to streamline processes.
Processing Card Charges: You’ll handle the processing of card payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Excel Schedule Maintenance: You’ll maintain and update Excel schedules, keeping track of important information and deadlines.
Resolving Queries and Complaints: You’ll address and resolve any queries or complaints from clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
Additional Administrative Duties: You’ll perform other administrative duties as needed to support the sales team.
You Might Also Like:
Salary: R5000 – R6000 per month, depending on experience.
Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday (one weekend shift every 6 – 8 weeks).
Paid Leave: Enjoy 40 days of paid leave per year.
Work Environment: Fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home.
