Key Responsibilities:

As a Salesperson at Russells, your primary goal is to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Sales Generation:

Perform sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend products that best suit their preferences.
Engage with customers to provide detailed information about the products.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Attract and retain customers by ensuring that the store layout and product presentation are inviting.

Sales Administration:

Process cash and credit sales accurately and in line with company policies.

Maintain records of sales transactions and follow the correct procedures for processing payments.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deal with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Ensure that customer queries are addressed promptly, and provide after-sales support as needed.

What We’re Looking for:

We are seeking someone who is passionate about sales, driven by results, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)
7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail industry
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively
Self-motivation and a goal-driven attitude

Excellent customer service orientation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Teamwork and a willingness to collaborate with others
