Key Responsibilities

As the face of our company, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming Visitors: Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors appropriately.
Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance across the organization.
Reception Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Customer Guidance: Direct customers for payments and assist with inquiries.
Oversight of Cleaners: Ensure cleaning staff execute their duties effectively.
Supply Orders: Order front office supplies via the Requisition Manager system.
Meeting Room Bookings: Schedule boardroom usage through the company intranet.
Laundry Assistance: Handle in-house laundry queries and manage invoices.
Courier Bookings: Book couriers online and track deliveries.
Company Cellphones: Assist with the administration of company cellphone distribution and setup.
Branded PPE: Manage updates, tracking, and distribution of company-branded PPE.
Weekly Reporting: Send regular updates on cellphones, branded PPE, and laundry invoices.
Business Card Management: Draft templates for business card printing.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

Education: A completed Matric certificate.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
