What You’ll Be Doing as a SAICA Trainee

Here’s what your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits in line with audit plans and regulations.
- Analysing financial results and identifying irregularities or risk areas.
- Performing analytical reviews to evaluate performance and trends.
- Assisting in identifying and addressing key audit risks.
- Preparing annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.
- Calculating corporate tax liabilities in accordance with the Income Tax Act.
You’ll gain full exposure to audit procedures, financial reporting, risk assessments, and client engagement – all under the guidance of experienced professionals.
What You Need to Qualify

- A completed or in-progress SAICA-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA/CTA).
