Sasol Invites Young South Africans to Apply for the 2025 HR Administration Learnership Programme (Multiple Posts). The Closing Date for Applications is 8 July 2025.

The programme runs across three locations: Sandton, Secunda, and Sasolburg — giving you the chance to work in a dynamic environment, surrounded by skilled professionals and mentors.

Once you’re placed in the HR department, your tasks may include:

  • Helping with recruitment and onboarding new employees
  • Assisting in employment contracts and internal transfers
  • Supporting HR managers with employee records and data reports
  • Learning to use HR systems and tools to handle real HR tasks
  • Helping to ensure staff are paid correctly and benefits are managed fairly
  • Getting involved in labour relations and understanding how workplace rules work
  • Supporting talent management and learning how to identify future leaders
  • Playing a part in employee wellness, equality, and staff movement procedures
  • Learning how to lead change within a business and support team culture

Who Should Apply?

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Have a Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35
  • Have 0–1 year of experience (no experience required!)
  • Be passionate about working with people and solving workplace problems
  • Have strong computer skills and be confident using Microsoft Office
  • Be organised, a team player, and willing to learn
  • A Diploma or Degree in HR is not required but will be a big advantage
  • Be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
