About the Role

The company is currently recruiting Armed & Tactical Response Officers to strengthen its team. This role is critical in ensuring quick, efficient, and professional response to threats. Officers will be tasked with protecting clients, securing property, and maintaining peace of mind for the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants will take on the following duties:

Responding to armed and tactical threats with speed and professionalism.
Patrolling, monitoring, and rapid deployment when incidents occur.
Protecting clients, staff, and properties from security risks.
Writing accurate incident reports and keeping detailed logs.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure safety operations run smoothly.
Following industry regulations and maintaining company values at all times.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

PSiRA Grade C (or higher).
Valid SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate.
Proof of firearm training and results, including:
- Knowledge of the Firearms Act.
- Handle and Use of a Handgun.
- Handle and Use of a Handgun for Business Purposes.
Matric certificate (advantageous but not required).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be considered.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers one of the most competitive packages in the industry:

Salary: R12 000 – R16 800 per month (basic).
Cellphone Allowance: R750 monthly.
