As the Floor Supervisor, you won’t just be helping out — you’ll be right in the action, making sure the store runs smoothly and the team stays motivated. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Your Key Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales goals and increasing store turnover.
- Motivate and guide your teammates so they stay energized and ready to push for sales.
- Create a welcoming shopping experience by making sure customers are helped quickly and professionally.
- Lead by example and keep the vibe in the store fun, fresh, and focused.
- Help ensure the store layout, pricing, stock levels, and customer service stay on point.
- Step up and take charge when the Store Manager is away.
✅ What You’ll Need to Apply:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (this is a must).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a retail setting.
