🧾 What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Floor Supervisor, you won’t just be helping out — you’ll be right in the action, making sure the store runs smoothly and the team stays motivated. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Your Key Duties:

Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales goals and increasing store turnover.
Motivate and guide your teammates so they stay energized and ready to push for sales.
Create a welcoming shopping experience by making sure customers are helped quickly and professionally.
Lead by example and keep the vibe in the store fun, fresh, and focused.
Help ensure the store layout, pricing, stock levels, and customer service stay on point.
Step up and take charge when the Store Manager is away.

✅ What You’ll Need to Apply:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (this is a must).
At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a retail setting.
Previous experience leading a team will give you a big advantage.
A passion for homeware, interior design, or décor trends.
Great communication and people skills — you’re someone who brings energy to the team.
