As a Direct Sales Agent at Tracker, you’ll be expected to sell smart and fast while providing excellent customer service. Your role is about more than just making calls — it’s about building relationships and closing deals.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Make sales calls to potential and existing clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell Tracker’s products to meet and exceed your sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and customer queries promptly.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships through quality service.
• Keep clear, up-to-date records of your customer interactions.
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends.
• Use smart and innovative selling techniques to improve conversion rates.
• Be ready to work under pressure and keep performance levels high.
• Be flexible with working overtime or on Saturdays if needed.
