What’s the YES Programme All About?

The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme is a fixed-term, full-time initiative designed to give young South Africans valuable work experience while building technical and personal skills that are crucial in today’s job market.

At Siemens Healthineers, the 2025 YES Programme offers you the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Engineer Trainee. You’ll be based in either East London or George, South Africa, and will gain experience supporting high-end medical equipment used in diagnostics, imaging, and healthcare services.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

Under close guidance and supervision, you’ll be responsible for:

• Participating in planning and reviewing technical projects and helping estimate the time and resources needed.
