As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure every customer enjoys a high-end shopping experience. You’ll support daily store operations, handle sales and stock responsibilities, and represent Spitz with pride and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Control & Accuracy

• Handle cash desk duties with precision and ensure zero variances.
• Follow all daily cash handling and banking processes.
• Process manual transactions accurately when required.

2. Stock Management & Organisation

• Carry out daily stock procedures and ensure smooth store operations.
• Manage customer orders and make sure they are fulfilled on time.
• Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain a neat storeroom.
• Perform shoe pairing exercises to ensure correct stock management.

3. Customer Service & Sales Support

• Deliver premium service that reflects the Spitz brand.
• Offer expert product knowledge and personalized shopping experiences.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and care.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• 6 months – 1 year retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
• A strong passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and busy trading hours
