What You Will Be Doing

As a Food and Beverage (F&B) Attendant, your job is to make sure guests have the best experience possible when they visit Sun City’s restaurants, banquets, and even the casino floor. You will be involved in every part of the food and beverage service, from setting up the tables to serving meals and drinks.

Here’s a simple breakdown of your daily duties:

Set up tables and venues for service or special events.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests.
Take guests’ orders and enter them correctly into the system.
Present menus and explain menu items to guests.
Suggest meal and drink options to help guests choose.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to handle special requests.
Make sure the restaurant or venue is clean, neat, and ready for the next guests.
Clear tables and reset them after guests have left.
Handle payments and operate the cash register (when required).
Restock supplies and keep track of inventory.
Assist in stock counts and report any missing or broken items.

This role allows you to interact directly with customers, making sure they leave happy and excited to return.

Who Can Apply?

Have a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
