🛍️ What You’ll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

As a Merchandiser at SUPERSPAR, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store looking great and making sure customers can easily find products. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

✅ Stocking Shelves – Keep store shelves full with the right products in the right spots.
✅ Product Placement – Organize items so they are easy to find and attract customers.
✅ Promotions & Pricing – Make sure weekly specials are displayed correctly.
✅ Extra Display Space – Negotiate with store management to get better spots for products.
✅ Store Maintenance – Ensure that store assets (like shelves and fridges) are in good condition.
✅ Prevent Stock Loss – Identify and report products that might expire soon.
✅ Competitor Analysis – Keep an eye on what competing brands are doing.
✅ Customer Service – Help customers find products and answer questions.
✅ Team Collaboration – Work with managers, field representatives, and store staff.

📝 What You Need (Job Requirements)

To be considered for this position, you must have:

✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or Equivalent
✔️ Previous Experience in Merchandising, Sales, or Customer Service
✔️ Fluent in English (additional languages like Setswana are a plus!)
✔️ Live within 15km of the job location
✔️ Clear Criminal Record
✔️ Own Smartphone with at least 10GB storage
✔️ Willingness to Travel between different store locations
✔️ Valid Vodacom SIM Card (required if selected)

• Experience working in retail or merchandising.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow display guidelines.
