🧠 What Will You Be Doing?

As a Call Centre Assistant, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they have questions, concerns, or need help. You’ll be assisting with calls, emails, social media inquiries, and more—all while supporting Tekkie Town stores across the country.

You’ll work directly with our Customer Services Supervisor to ensure customers are happy and store operations run smoothly.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer and store complaints via phone, email, or social media
  • Make outbound calls to confirm or collect information
  • Assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges
  • Provide day-to-day admin support
  • Keep files well-organized—both digital and paper
  • Help prepare data for internal reporting
  • Maintain a calm, helpful, and positive voice in all interactions

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – compulsory
  • Computer literacy (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Xhosa or other African languages (verbal) is an advantage
  • Great telephone manner and calm under pressure
  • Fast learner with a positive, high-energy mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
