As a Call Centre Assistant, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they have questions, concerns, or need help. You’ll be assisting with calls, emails, social media inquiries, and more—all while supporting Tekkie Town stores across the country.
You’ll work directly with our Customer Services Supervisor to ensure customers are happy and store operations run smoothly.
This is a stepping stone into a large, national brand. You’ll gain hands-on experience in retail support, improve your customer service skills, and work in a dynamic and growing team.
