🏬 Job Overview – Sales Supervisor at Tekkie Town (Howick)

You’ll report to the Store Manager and be responsible for:

✅ Leading and motivating floor staff
✅ Ensuring daily sales targets are met
✅ Offering excellent customer service
✅ Overseeing store operations and team support
✅ Taking over when the Store Manager is unavailable

📋 Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Computer literate – especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
1–2 years’ retail experience as a Senior Sales Assistant
Fluent in English and at least one other SA language

Help the Store Manager meet monthly sales budgets
Keep admin aligned with company procedures
Keep stock losses below the benchmark
Maintain Tekkie Town’s brand standards and promotions
Supervise daily store activities (sales, payments, etc.)
Train and support new Sales Associates
Step in for the Store Manager when needed
Open and close the store when required
Make sure the whole team follows company procedures
