Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at @home, you will:

Act as a brand ambassador, making every customer interaction special.
Exceed customer expectations by providing personalized service and solutions.
Track and monitor sales performance to meet and exceed daily targets.
Stay updated on the latest décor and fashion trends to assist customers effectively.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive store performance.
Ensure merchandise is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Assist customers with queries and resolve any complaints quickly and professionally.

What You Need to Apply

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a South African citizen.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Passion for retail and fashion (advantageous but not essential).
Be sales-driven and customer-focused.
A strong work ethic with the initiative to deliver results.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak shopping times.
Be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Have reliable transport.
Be available to start immediately.
