What Will You Be Doing as a YES Intern: Delivery Consultant?

As part of TFG’s Learning and Development team, you will be involved in many exciting tasks. Here’s what your daily work might include:

• Helping to set up training programs – making sure everything runs smoothly from the venue to the materials.
• Working on training materials – making them better, clearer, and more helpful for employees.
• Supporting actual training events – including setting up, helping during the session, and checking how it went afterward.
• Letting employees know about new training and encouraging them to take part.
• Collecting feedback from training sessions so the team can improve them in the future.
• Keeping track of attendance and progress records.
• Staying up to date with new ideas in the world of learning and development.
• Assisting with various projects and special tasks that come up.

What Do You Need to Apply?

This internship is open to young, motivated individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Qualifications: You must have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Education, or Learning and Development.
• Experience: No experience is required, but having some knowledge of learning and development is a big plus.
• Location: This is a full-time position, and you must be available to start immediately.
