Job Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Food & Beverage Waiter, you’ll be serving guests in the restaurant, room service, and at events if needed. Your job is to make sure every guest has an amazing experience by being friendly, quick, and helpful.

There are two main parts to the job:

1. Front of House:

• Greet guests with a smile.
• Take orders for food and drinks.
• Serve meals and beverages quickly and correctly.
• Make sure the guests are happy and satisfied.
• Clear tables and keep the dining area clean.

2. Stock and Setup:

• Check that all the tools you need are clean and ready to use.
• Help set up for events and meal times.
• Refill stock like napkins, cutlery, condiments, and beverages.
• Keep everything in order so that service runs smoothly.

Minimum Requirements to Apply

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a must.
• Be calm and able to solve problems fast.
