✨ Position 1: Hotel Receptionist

📌 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
🔹 Handling guest accounts and processing payments.
🔹 Assisting guests with special requests or concerns.
🔹 Managing hotel reservations when needed.
🔹 Ensuring guests have a seamless, enjoyable stay.

✅ What You Need to Apply:

✔️ Matric Certificate
✔️ Hospitality Qualification (or similar)
✔️ 1-2 years’ experience as a Receptionist
✔️ Strong computer skills (MS Office & PMS systems like Protel)
✔️ Problem-solving skills – ability to stay calm under pressure
✔️ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔️ Team player with leadership abilities
✔️ Neat, presentable, and well-spoken
✔️ Willing to work shifts (including weekends & holidays)
✔️ Discretion & professionalism when handling confidential information

💡 Important Note: If you live outside the city where the hotel is located, you will need to cover your own relocation costs.

🍽️ Position 2: Food & Beverage Waiter

📌 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Serving food and drinks in the restaurant, room service, or event areas.
🔹 Ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
🔹 Assisting with front-of-house duties and stock management.
🔹 Handling guest requests professionally and courteously.
🔹 Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.

✔️ Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
✔️ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔️ Ability to stay calm under pressure
