🎯 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

✅ Drive Sales & Achieve Targets – Help grow revenue by boosting sales.
✅ Manage Expenses & Stock Losses – Keep shrinkage under control.
✅ People Management & Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop store employees.
✅ Execute In-Store Merchandising – Keep displays looking fresh and attractive.
✅ Deliver Amazing Customer Service – Make sure every customer leaves happy.
✅ Work as a Team Leader – Keep staff motivated and ensure a positive work culture.

📌 Who Can Apply? (Minimum Requirements)

✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
✔️ At least 3 years of retail experience
✔️ At least 1 year in a leadership or management role
✔️ A passion for fashion and customer service
✔️ Strong sales and negotiation skills
