💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Reaction Officer, you’ll be at the frontlines of protecting clients’ people, property, and peace of mind. You’ll work under the Security Manager to ensure safety through fast responses, strong surveillance, and customer-focused service.

🛡️ Key Responsibilities

Patrol buildings, vehicles, and property
Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarms
Control access and entry points
Handle emergencies quickly and professionally
Direct traffic, prevent theft, and safeguard assets
Complete daily security reports and investigations
Maintain your gear and keep it operational
Offer outstanding customer service while staying alert and proactive
Assist during fire prevention, emergencies, and evacuations

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must have:

📘 Grade 12, or Grade 10/11 with 2+ years of experience
📋 PSIRA Grade A or B certificate
💣 Armed Response Certificate
🔫 Firearm Competency for Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle
🚗 Valid Driver’s License
📝 Strong report writing & communication skills
📍 Willingness to relocate if needed
