As a Merchandiser, your main job is to ensure the store looks amazing and products are displayed properly to attract customers. Your work will directly impact sales and the overall shopping experience for customers.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Your role as a Merchandiser includes:

🛍️ Stock Management: Making sure products are always available, organized, and in the right place.
🎨 Visual Merchandising: Creating eye-catching product displays to increase sales.
💰 Product Pricing: Ensuring correct prices are displayed and adjusting them when needed.
📦 Unpacking & Organizing Stock: Receiving new stock, unpacking, and arranging it neatly.
📝 Keeping Accurate Records: Keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages.
👥 Working with Other Teams: Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve store performance.
🙋 Customer Service: Assisting customers with product-related questions and concerns.
🧹 Store Maintenance: Keeping shelves and stockrooms clean, organized, and clutter-free.

📝 Requirements – What You Need to Apply

To qualify for this position, you must have:

✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
✔️ Previous experience in Merchandising, Sales, or Customer Service
✔️ Ability to speak and understand English
✔️ Live within 15km of the job location
✔️ A clear criminal record
✔️ A smartphone with at least 10GB of storage

💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):

✨ Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
✨ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
✨ Ability to work with different teams
✨ Attention to detail and a good sense of organization
