What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, your main responsibilities will include:

• Representing the Totalsports brand and providing excellent customer service.
• Helping customers find products that suit their needs and preferences.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying sales opportunities.
• Keeping up with sports and fashion trends to give customers up-to-date advice.
• Maintaining stock levels by assisting with product replenishment.
• Ensuring the store is always neat, clean, and ready for customers.
• Actively contributing to a positive, team-driven store culture.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you’ll need:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• A genuine passion for people and retail
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• A drive to meet targets and deliver excellent results
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, energetic attitude

Having previous sales or retail experience will be an advantage, but Totalsports welcomes anyone with the right attitude and a love for customer service.
