As an IT Support Analyst, your job is to make sure all IT systems at Transnet run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Providing IT Support: Helping employees with hardware, software, and network issues.
✅ Troubleshooting Problems: Diagnosing and fixing computers, servers, printers, and internet connections.

🎓 Who Should Apply? (Qualifications & Skills Needed)

To qualify for this job, you need:

🎓 Education:
✔️ A 3-year Diploma (NQF 6) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔️ A+ and N+ Certifications (Compulsory).
✔️ ITIL Foundation Certification (Advantageous but not required).

🛠️ Experience:
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in IT support (desktop support, hardware/software maintenance, networking).
✔️ Knowledge of major brands like Lenovo, HP, Dell, and Acer.
✔️ Exposure to server configurations and security protocols.
