Position Purpose:
Manage and coordinate the overall security functions. Ensure a cost-effective, crime-free, and predictable service that positively impacts Transnet Engineering financially by identifying risks and threats and implementing countermeasures.
Qualifications and Experience:
National Diploma in Security, Policing, Investigations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in the Security Operations environment with Grade A security officer registration from PSIRA.
Alternatively, 6 years in the Security Operations environment with PSIRA Grade A registration.

Position Purpose:
Provide financial reporting in line with Transnet Group and Transnet Freight Rail objectives, IFRS standards, and relevant legislation. Serve as a critical source of financial information for Transnet Freight Rail and the wider Transnet Group.
Qualifications and Experience:
CA (SA) qualification.
3-5 years in an accounting environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Preferred experience in financial reporting and treasury.
Trust and honesty in handling finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.
Must undergo a lifestyle audit.
Standard job requirements include a driver’s license (code 08) and travel as needed.

Position Purpose:
Develop and configure ICT SAP Materials Management solutions to meet business requirements efficiently and effectively, ensuring quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of Technical System Architecture and component interfaces.
Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (Scrum and KANBAN).
Familiarity with DevOps practices.
Strong grasp of SDLC processes, tools, and techniques.
Location: Durban, South Africa
Position Purpose: Represent the fleet department, holding responsibility and accountability within port limits for maintaining and operating propulsion engines, other engines, deck machinery, refrigeration, and sanitary equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate of Competency as a Second Engineer Officer, endorsed Chief Engineer (Port Operations) or Second Engineer endorsed < 3000kW.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
