Job Purpose: General Worker Inhouse Loader

The role of a General Worker Inhouse Loader is very important in the daily operations of the company. You will be part of the team that ensures cargo is moved safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on job where you will need to be physically fit, responsible, and ready to take initiative.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a General Worker Inhouse Loader at Triton Express, you will be responsible for:

• Loading and offloading cargo from linehaul trucks.
• Helping with loading and offloading cargo from local delivery vehicles when needed.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Following company policies and safety procedures at all times.

These tasks are essential to ensure that goods are handled correctly and delivered on time.

Requirements You Must Meet

To qualify for this position, you need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to work without constant supervision and take initiative.
• Must be presentable and professional at all times.
• Must have own transport to get to and from work reliably.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
• Availability to work overtime when required to meet customer needs.
• High level of integrity and a positive attitude towards work.

Working Hours
