As a Store Administration Supervisor, your role is to ensure everything in the store runs smoothly. Your key duties will include:
🔹 Store Operations & Admin Management – Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly admin tasks to keep things organized.
🔹 Team Supervision & Scheduling – Plan staff schedules, conduct training, and recruit new team members.
🔹 Expense & Risk Control – Monitor store expenses and reduce financial risks.
🔹 Policy & Procedure Compliance – Make sure all staff follow company policies and procedures.
🔹 Security & Safety Checks – Conduct regular spot checks, alarm tests, and fire drills to maintain safety standards.
🔹 Promotions & Customer Service – Help drive in-store promotions and maintain a high level of customer service.
🔹 Performance Management – Conduct staff appraisals, training, and disciplinary actions when needed.
