Twizza Flavour Mixer Operator

The Twizza Flavour Mixer Operator role is open for applications until 17 November 2025. Twizza is one of South Africa’s fastest-growing, affordable, quality beverage companies with manufacturing facilities in Queenstown, Middelburg (Mpumalanga), and Cape Town. The position is based in the Cape Town operations at Kasselsvlei Road, Bellville South.

As a Flavour Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for mixing syrups for production according to the schedule, performing quality checks, filling out paperwork, and maintaining equipment through cleaning and lubrication.

You will also operate machinery safely, including the forklift, conduct stock counts, and coach new team members. Additional duties include reporting breakdowns, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. The role requires adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including FIFO and FEFO principles.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• At least 2 years of experience in syrup room manufacturing or beverage industry
• Forklift license is advantageous
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Hardworking with a proactive ‘go-getter’ attitude
