What Is U-Belong?

U-Belong is part of T3 Telecoms SA, working together with Blu Train, to create job opportunities for young South Africans. They sell telecommunication products like starter packs, airtime, and electricity top-ups. Since starting the program, they have created over 300 jobs in Gauteng and are now growing across the whole country.

Who Can Apply for This Learnership?

You don’t need a lot of fancy qualifications. Here’s what you need:

• You must have passed Grade 10, 11, or 12.
• You must have a valid SA ID.
• You must be South African.

That’s it! If you meet these simple requirements, you’re good to go.

What Will You Do as a Sales Consultant?

As a Sales Consultant, your main work will be selling:

• Starter Packs for phones
• Airtime for calls and internet
• Electricity top-up vouchers

You will work in groups, travel to different locations, and get the chance to meet new people while earning money.
