As a Telesales Team Leader, your role will include:

✔ Managing a team of 20+ employees.
✔ Ensuring all staff follow company policies and procedures.
✔ Making quick and effective decisions to drive sales.
✔ Being security-conscious and maintaining safety measures.
✔ Working shifts as required.

Supervising:

📌 Drivers
📌 Telesales Clerks
📌 Receipt & Dispatch Clerks
📌 General Workers

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for this role, you must have:

✅ Matric (Grade 12) – Required
✅ Valid Driver’s License – Mandatory
✅ Computer literacy (familiar with retail systems)
✅ 2 years of experience in a similar role
✅ Knowledge of Arch (retail system) and MI9 (advantageous)
✅ Understanding of Retail and Wholesale
