Job Overview: Office Assistant (Kawambwa)
As an Office Assistant, your job will include everything from welcoming clients to keeping the office clean and organized. You’ll be the backbone of the team—making sure everything runs smoothly every day.
This position is full-time and office-based in Kawambwa.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting clients and helping them reach the right staff member
- Coordinating with messengers and couriers for deliveries
- Keeping the office clean and presentable every day
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors
- Dusting and polishing furniture and surfaces
- Cleaning windows, restrooms, and restocking bathroom supplies
- Emptying trash bins and recycling
- Keeping outdoor areas neat
- Following health and safety rules
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
- Supporting the team with other general office duties
What You Need to Apply
To be considered, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate (or GCE equivalent)
- Experience working as a cleaner is preferred
