As a Sales Assistant at VANS, your main role is to help customers and drive sales. You will use your product knowledge to recommend items, give styling advice, and make sure customers leave the store happy.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Helping Customers and Driving Sales

Welcome customers and assist them with their needs
Recommend products based on customer style and preferences
Provide styling advice to improve the shopping experience
Make sure customers have a smooth and enjoyable visit
Work towards reaching sales targets and KPIs

Store Operations and Stock

Process customer purchases at the till
Replenish stock on the shop floor
Keep track of product availability
Help maintain a well-organized store

Visual Merchandising

Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards
Keep the store clean, neat, and visually appealing
Support the team in creating an exciting store environment

What VANS Is Looking For

To apply for this role, you should have:

At least 1 year of sales experience
Experience working with a similar brand (this is an advantage)
A positive and motivated attitude
A genuine love for the VANS brand

You should also be available to work weekends and retail holidays, as these are the busiest times in retail.
