Key Responsibilities:

Maintain special tools, equipment, and work environment in a neat and organized state.
Issue special tools to workshop personnel and maintain accurate records of their use.
Follow up on tools not returned and arrange tools on tool boards with proper documentation.
Control and inventory special tools, lifting equipment, and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with legislation and Volvo procedures.

Manage and maintain the warranty and claims store, ensuring proper labelling and storage of parts.
Create and promote a safety culture within the branch, ensuring that all equipment complies with safety standards.
Ensure timely removal of scrap and used oil according to local regulations.
Maintain a supplier list and assist in stock control and inventory management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)
Certification: Health and Safety certification
Experience: Storekeeping or related experience in a similar environment.

Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Basic planning, organizing, and administrative abilities.
