Job Overview – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Wash Bay Attendant, your main job is to clean, detail, and maintain vehicles—inside and out. This includes everything from regular sedans to SUVs, bakkies, motorcycles, and even trucks.

Here’s what your daily tasks will include:

• Washing and detailing the inside and outside of vehicles to keep them in great condition
• Using equipment like high-pressure washers and safe cleaning chemicals
• Keeping all cleaning tools and machines clean and working properly
• Spotting and reporting any broken equipment to your supervisor
• Making sure all health, safety, and environmental rules are followed
• Providing a high-quality cleaning service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Working as part of a tight-knit, efficient team to get the job done on time

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 1 year of experience working in a wash bay or similar environment
