  • Event & Activation Support:
Help the Brand Project Coordinator with setting up events like brand workshops, photoshoots, and other activities. This includes managing guest lists, catering, invitations, and being hands-on during events.
  • Administrative & Errand Management:
Run errands for the CBO when needed, handle deliveries and bookings, and keep administrative processes like filing and correspondence organized.
  • Calendar & Travel Oversight:
Keep track of all important dates for business and personal events, avoiding any conflicts and preparing any needed travel documents or briefing notes.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
