Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Student Support: Assist with all Early Learning School (ELS) requirements, ensuring the progress and well-being of students under your care.
Task Assistance: Provide support with various tasks as assigned by the teaching staff, ensuring high standards of work are maintained.
Professional Conduct: Adhere to all mandatory deadlines, maintain punctuality, and behave in a professional manner at all times.
Skill Development: Continuously develop your skills through personal and school-wide professional development opportunities.
Loyalty and Commitment: Demonstrate loyalty to all facets of Reddford House, including attending special occasions at the discretion of the Head or Coordinator.
Additional Tasks: Undertake any other reasonable tasks as determined by the School Head or line manager.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

Fluency in English: Essential for effective communication and interaction with students and staff.
Confidentiality: Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle confidential information with discretion.
Professionalism: A commitment to behaving in a professional manner, safeguarding equipment, and maintaining high standards of student welfare.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly working with small children, is essential.
Education: Completed Matric qualification is required.

Beneficial Qualifications:

First Aid Certification: A Level 1 First Aid Certificate will be advantageous.
Additional Certifications: Other relevant diplomas or certificates are beneficial.
