🔍 Job Overview: What You’ll Do

As a Cleaner at Ampath, your role is more than just cleaning. You’ll be part of a supportive team that helps keep the lab or depot neat, safe, and organized for patients and healthcare professionals.

Your tasks will include:

Cleaning the depot, lab, and workspaces according to hygiene standards.
Delivering test specimens and results between the pre-lab and main lab.
Assisting with messenger or foot-runner tasks when required.
Helping with small admin duties to support the staff.
Maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients to keep a positive image of Ampath.

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you need:

Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Matric)
South African ID or valid SA work permit
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)

You do not need prior job experience – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
