About the Programme

This Vehicle Sales Trainee Learnership combines classroom training with real dealership experience. You will learn everything from customer service and sales techniques to understanding the latest BMW models. By the end of the programme, you’ll not only have hands-on experience but also a full Sales Training qualification that can open doors in the automotive industry.

As part of Motus Retail, the largest automotive group in South Africa with more than 90 dealerships nationwide, you’ll gain exposure to a professional environment that sets high standards in customer service and sales excellence.

Who Can Apply

To be eligible for the BMW Vehicle Sales Trainee Learnership, you must:

Be a South African citizen
Have a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Have basic computer literacy
Have a clear criminal and credit record

Your Role in the Learnership

Develop your ability to meet and exceed sales targets
