Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Packaging Warehouse Supervisor, your key duties will include:

✅ Leading the picking team – Supervise daily picking operations to ensure efficiency.
✅ Managing warehouse activities – Oversee housekeeping, safety, hygiene, and security.
✅ Stock control & accuracy – Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory integrity.
✅ Employee performance – Monitor and evaluate staff performance for assessments.
✅ Training & compliance – Ensure employees follow company policies and conduct training as needed.
✅ Administrative tasks – Perform paperwork, reporting, and incident investigations.
✅ Acting as Warehouse Manager – Step in when required to ensure smooth operations.

Do You Qualify?

✔️ Grade 12 (Matric) + Relevant Qualification (National Diploma/Degree)
✔️ 3+ years of Warehouse Supervisory experience (Food industry preferred)
✔️ Strong leadership & organizational skills
✔️ Excellent communication & customer service abilities
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Syspro)
✔️ Proficiency in Office 365 & administrative tasks
✔️ Own transport
